Previously, Silvia worked for five years with BB&T as a Universal Banker specializing in customer service and branch operations.
A native of Bolivia, Silvia immigrated to the United States when she was two years old and grew up in Arlington, and now resides in Springfield. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Silvia prides herself on participating in community activities and participated in a local Bolivian folk dance group for seven years.
In her free time, she enjoys working as a mentor for up-and-coming pageant contestants.
