“All the world’s a stage,” including your home! Kelsey holds a theatre arts degree from Old Dominion University with a minor in Business Administration. She first joined the Group in 2015. In 2017, she uniquely combined with a real estate license.

Outside of real estate, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife Melisa and their two children, Railey and Princess Ayesha, exploring new destinations and enjoying family adventures close to home. Balancing his passion for real estate with his family life keeps him motivated, grounded, and inspired to bring the same care and dedication to every client he serves.
